Our most recent gig was for a wedding at Hepburn Springs.
The band played "unplugged" and it was a beautiful thing to achieve dynamics in a charming old room with a sprung dance floor.

Our thanks to Geoff & Laura for affording us at their wedding.
Next up will be some new music. Original jazz depiction of the Australian condition.

APRA AWARD.
MGO and Ken Schroder cop an APRA award.
Based on airplay, the tune 'Eucalypso" by Ken and performed
by the MGO on their CD "Zoo Music" has picked up the 2008
APRA "Jazz Work of the Year".

Recorded in the winter of 2006, both Feature Instrumental jazz
written and arranged by Ken Schroder for the MGO.
The music is of the jungle, both urbanand rural, and disappearing
habitats of beast and jazz musician give an impetus to this music.
